Scholarships aren't all made equal. Some scholarships just cover tuition fees, while others only cover living expenses or provide a partial cash award. Chevening Scholarships are awarded by the UK government to outstanding scholars with leadership potential. The majority of awards are for a one-year Master's program. The majority of Chevening Scholarships provide tuition, a fixed-rate living stipend (for one person), an economy class return flight to the UK, and supplementary funds to cover necessary expenses.
Clarendon Scholarships at University of Oxford: United Kingdom
The Clarendon Scholarship Program is a prominent graduate scholarship initiative at the University of Oxford that awards roughly 139 or more new scholarships each year to eligible graduate applicants (including overseas students). Clarendon Scholarships are awarded at the graduate level at the University of Oxford based on academic performance and promise in all degree-bearing areas. The scholarships cover the full cost of tuition and college fees, as well as a generous living allowance.

The grant usually covers tuition, flights, a living allowance, and medical insurance, among other things. The Fulbright program covers the cost of the studies for the duration of the program.
University of Sydney International Scholarships: Australia
Candidates who are eligible to pursue a Postgraduate Research Degree or a Master's by Research degree at the University of Sydney are encouraged to apply for the University of Sydney International Research Scholarship (USydIS). For up to three years, the USydIS will cover tuition and living expenses.
Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program at University of Toronto: Canada
The Lester B. TU Delft Excellence Scholarships: Netherlands
